Implementation Project Manager - Marketing Technology - Remote

Overview

Harbor seeks a Project Manager to join our growing legal technology and operations team. As the primary point of contact for client engagements, the Project Manager ensures consistent client satisfaction through exemplary leadership and responsive service. This role partners with the implementation team to ensure effective task, risk, and time management, guaranteeing projects are completed on time, within budget, and in scope while delivering exceptional value.

In Short

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Utilize project management tools to track project progress and report milestones.
• Monitor and manage project risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships.
• Ensure project delivers the scope as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Responsible for keeping the project on budget and managing billing.
• Participate in requirements discussions and ensure requirements are documented.
• 5+ years project management experience implementing legal software preferred.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficient with collaboration and project tracking tools.
• Strong problem-solving, customer-focus, and communication skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
• Experience with Marketing Technology, including CRM and Experience platforms, is preferred.
