The Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist will provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing compensation and benefits policies that align with business goals in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration (nice to have).
• CIPD certification (nice to have).
