Director, International Lead - Remote

Overview

The Director, International Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations, compliance, and efficiency of the firm’s fully remote international workforce. This role ensures that all international team members are effectively integrated into company operations, compliant with local regulations, and supported with the necessary tools and processes to succeed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing global remote teams.
• Familiarity with international tax and labor laws.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services.
• Proficiency in financial and business systems like QuickBooks and G-Suite.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience leading year-end tax and compliance reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver clear policies and training programs.
