Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager at Frida will own media strategy, planning, and execution for Amazon Advertising, driving growth and innovation in this critical channel.

In Short

  • Lead Amazon Advertising media management from end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to identify testing opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a quarterly business review template.
  • Partner with agencies to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Design and analyze incrementality and lift tests.
  • Oversee competitive intelligence tools and establish reporting processes.
  • Identify growth opportunities across Amazon’s media products.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with Amazon Advertising products.
  • Proven ability to translate campaign objectives into strategies.
  • Experience developing reporting frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of the media ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and third-party tools.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized self-starter with project management skills.
  • Experience in baby brands or CPG is a plus.
