In Short

  • You will act as a strategic partner, hunting into a defined list of Named Accounts.
  • Own the top of the funnel for your AE’s Named Accounts.
  • Prioritize signal-driven, high-intent outreach over volume.
  • Navigate complex ecosystems of large Insurance Carriers and MGAs.
  • Strategize with your AE and ABM partners to map out accounts.
  • Understand the insurance underwriting business deeply.
  • Receive structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.
  • 1-2 years of B2B SaaS Sales experience or Insurance Industry experience required.
  • Prospecting proficiency using tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-starter attitude with tenacity and grit.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of B2B SaaS Sales experience.
  • Experience in the Insurance Industry is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in prospecting tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with phone outreach.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Tenacity and grit are essential.
  • Intellectual curiosity about the business.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn.
