Full Cycle Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Full Cycle Recruiter to join our growing team at CENTEGIX, where you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process and build a strong talent pipeline.

In Short

• Manage the entire recruiting process from job intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers.
• Post jobs and manage the hiring process using Paylocity ATS.
• Act as a brand ambassador promoting company culture.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Paylocity is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and HR software systems.
• Ability to work EST hours and reside in Atlanta, GA or Charleston, SC market.
