Deal Desk Analyst - Remote

Overview

CENTEGIX is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Deal Desk Analyst to support our growing Sales organization. This role will serve as a critical partner to Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal by managing the quote-to-cash process, supporting deal structuring, and ensuring pricing and contract accuracy across customer transactions.

• Review and process customer quotes and pricing requests.
• Support high-volume deal activity, managing multiple active quotes.
• Ensure compliance with internal pricing and contracting standards.
• Generate and maintain quotes, opportunities, and contracts in Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and automation.
• Help maintain SLAs related to quote turnaround and contract processing.
• Serve as a trusted operational resource during deal cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk or related roles.
• Experience supporting SaaS, technology, or HaaS organizations preferred.
• Strong experience working within Salesforce required.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash processes and pricing structures.
• Ability to manage multiple active quotes and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with workflow optimization and quote-to-cash lifecycle.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, collaborative environment.
