Overview

The Deal Desk Analyst will support the global sales team by ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process, maintaining data integrity, and leveraging AI-driven insights to optimize processes.

• Assist global sales team with quote creation and deal approvals.
• Ensure compliance with pricing and commercial policies.
• Maintain data integrity in CRM and CPQ systems.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a deal desk or administrative role.
• Experience in B2B environments, preferably SaaS.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Ability to work in a remote, global team.
