Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Deal Desk Analyst to optimize and support our sales deal cycles, ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-maximizing transactions.

In Short

  • Provide expert guidance and support to the sales team in structuring complex deals.
  • Assist in the accurate creation, review, and modification of quotes and Order Forms within Salesforce.
  • Ensure all deals adhere to established company policies and legal terms.
  • Act as a central liaison between Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Support the navigation and adherence to internal approval processes.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining comprehensive Deal Desk documentation.
  • Maintain high data integrity within Salesforce related to deals.
  • Act as a point of contact for deal-related questions.
  • Participate in initiatives to streamline deal desk processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or similar role.
  • BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or other quantitative fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
