Overview

The Customer Operations team at Mark43 is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to manage deal policies, create quotes, and ensure compliance with legal and operational standards while accelerating growth.

In Short

• Manage and maintain pricing lists and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Create quotes and request pricing approvals.
• Identify and resolve issues related to contracts and invoicing.
• Provide guidance on deal structuring throughout the sales process.
• Collect and maintain historical pricing data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Develop tools for field-guided selling.
• Lead projects to improve deal velocity.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in contract administration or sales operations.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and government sales preferred.
• Fluency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and contract management systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
