In Short

• Support deal structuring and pricing reviews for new and existing customers.
• Manage day-to-day deal desk workflow and track deal status.
• Validate deal calculations and terms including pricing and discounts.
• Maintain and improve deal desk tools such as pricing calculators.
• Ensure data accuracy and documentation in deal records.
• Track and report on deal desk KPIs.
• Monitor trends in customer pricing and concession requests.
• Assist in the operational support of performance guarantee packages.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and RevOps on deal terms.
• Enable Sales and CS teams on quoting processes and pricing policies.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of Deal Desk Operations experience or related field.
• Financial Acumen with a focus on deal modeling.
• Experience in relationship/stakeholder management.
• Project/Program Management experience.
• Adaptability to changing environments.
• 2-3 years experience with Sales Enablement tools.
