• Support the Deal Desk manager with daily operations.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable plans.
• Host Daily Deal Desk Office Hours.
• Communicate red deals to Leadership.
• Analyze deal performance with Business Intelligence.
• Track sales trends and customer behaviors.
• Develop new guidelines with Deal Desk leadership.
• Advise the sales team on structuring deals.
• Manage price lists and quotes in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role and Sales/Business Operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner in a collaborative environment.
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to process transactions accurately.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Adept at project management and collaboration.
