Overview

ON24 is looking for a top-notch Deal Desk Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The position requires a well-rounded individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high-growth, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Help manage contract approvals and non-standard deal requirements.
  • Engage with sales team to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Interact with sales, legal, and finance teams for deal structuring.
  • Develop new deal desk processes for sales effectiveness.
  • Deliver training on quote to cash and contract creation process.
  • Maintain and enforce approval SLAs for the deal desk team.
  • Partner with business teams on system and process improvements.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a global organization.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Highly organized and customer-focused.
  • Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
