Deal Desk Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Deal Desk Analyst plays a critical role in the quote-to-cash process, ensuring deals are structured efficiently and in alignment with company policies. This role involves working closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Partnerships.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Global Sales team.
• Review and approve CPQ quotes for alignment with policies.
• Assist in drafting commercial language on order forms.
• Manage deal risks and approvals, providing recommendations.
• Review and approve post-sales contractual changes.
• Act as an expert on the CPQ system, troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct training sessions for AEs on CPQ usage.
• Manage transaction processing on Google and Amazon Marketplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Software/SaaS B2B Industry.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ tools.
• Ability to review non-standard contract terms.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and pricing strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
