Deal Desk Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Deal Desk Analyst will work cross functionally as part of the global Deal Desk team, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure efficient quoting, contracting, document review, and accuracy to increase deal velocity in Fivetran systems.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Ensure efficient quoting and contracting processes.
• Manage approval workflows for pricing and discounts.
• Implement deal and approval processes for high velocity sales.
• Maintain service level agreements on approvals.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
• Participate in training for new quote processes.
• Support process improvement efforts.
• Cross-train with other Deal Desk functions.

Requirements

• Experience with high volume and complex sales teams.
• Success in SaaS/B2B Industry and Deal Desk.
• Experience in contracts or sales operations.
• Ability to work extended hours at month and quarter ends.
• Experience using Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
