Overview

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be focused on building deep relationships with our SMB customers, serving as the primary point of contact, helping clients evangelize Front across their organization, and ensuring their overall success with Front.

In Short

  • Provide creative problem-solving for complex workflows.
  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction and reference-ability.
  • Be the voice of the customer to the product and go-to-market team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or customer success experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to varied audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder management.
  • Proven track record of pipeline/forecast management.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Curious and proactive in seeking new use cases.
