Deal Desk Analyst - Remote

Overview

AuditBoard is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join our Global Deal Desk team, acting as a trusted business partner to the Sales Field Organization.

In Short

• Provide guidance on deal structuring, pricing, and contract management.
• Ensure deals align with company policies.
• Review and confirm contract terms and conditions.
• Draft and finalize contracts for Cloud Subscription Services.
• Anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
• Support Sales teams with quoting tools and CRM.
• Participate in testing for quoting tool enhancements.
• Drive efficiency and process improvements.
• Support training initiatives for Sales enablement.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams for contract accuracy.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Deal Desk in a SaaS company.
• Strong business partnering skills.
• Excellent understanding of deal support topics.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Customer-first perspective.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Experience with SaaS revenue recognition policies is a plus.
• Ability to learn about AuditBoard’s products and goals.
• Experience with contract management.
