Overview

As a Deal Desk Analyst at AutoRABIT, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams by facilitating the creation and execution of deals, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance throughout the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.

• Support Sales in the quote-to-order process for accuracy, pricing, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deal approvals.
• Maintain understanding of Direct and Indirect Sales agreements.
• Drive improvements to Deal Desk processes.
• Ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Provide guidance on Order Management best practices.
• Review and coordinate approvals for non-standard discounts.
• Partner with Legal for contract reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve deal-related questions.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies in Salesforce data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Deal Desk in a SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with complex deals across various industries.
• Deep understanding of SaaS pricing mechanisms.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
