Overview

AutoRABIT is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers in complex development environments, providing support for AutoRABIT development processes and tools.

In Short

  • Be the first contact point for customer support requests.
  • Drive technical issues to resolution and manage customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Improve customer experience and operational processes.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients on open requests.
  • Work well across teams and assist technical customers globally.
  • Adhere to support SLAs.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Work Format: Hybrid (3 office days / 2 remote days).
  • 2-3 years of technical customer support experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or DevOps pipelines is desired.
  • Experience with system-wide deployments.
  • Investigation skills to understand problems in context.
  • Familiarity with working with logs is a plus.
  • Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce certification is a plus.
