Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support.
  • B2B and SaaS product experience is highly preferable.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with API troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
  • Ability to partner with Engineering on incidents.
  • Passion for learning new technologies.
  • Experience with web technologies and scripting languages is a plus.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Must be a native English speaker.
