In Short

  • Own and develop a client portfolio for insurance products.
  • Utilize existing customer base for sales prospecting.
  • Lead sales presentations demonstrating product value.
  • Drive growth through collaboration with Commercial Team and Broker Partners.
  • Participate in refining the sales process using Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Assist with claims processes and client support.
  • Maintain client records and report on sales metrics.
  • Support onboarding of new Brokers.
  • Achieve sales performance metrics for insurance services.

Requirements

  • University degree or college degree with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Commercial Auto insurance sales.
  • Experience in Fleet Safety and Risk Management.
  • Active P&C/Commercial Auto insurance license required.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and policies.
  • Client development and relationship management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel greater than 50% of the time.
