The Associate, Maintenance - Truck plays a critical role in delivering value to customers at Element Fleet Management, focusing on client experience and support in vehicle maintenance.

In Short

• Provide support and guidance to clients’ drivers.
• Authorize repairs based on client policies.
• Respond to and create repair orders.
• Negotiate repair prices when appropriate.
• Assist drivers and automotive repair shops with inquiries.
• Utilize technical expertise in automotive repairs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work in a remote inbound call center environment.

• Maintain organization and prioritize requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of automotive knowledge.
• 2-3 years of heavy-duty truck mechanical experience preferred.
• Active ASE certifications in T1 Mechanical and T Series preferred.
• High School education required, BA/BS is a plus.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• PC skills including data entry and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Comfortable working from home.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
• Strives for first contact resolution.
