Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BS/BA in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in B2B or services organization preferred.
• Knowledge of Electric Vehicles is a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and professional.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Must be able to work EST hours.
