• Manage and moderate the Facebook Group to foster community interaction.
• Provide coaching support including reminders and session management.
• Share client success updates and track coaching call records.
• Support administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience – 1-3 years in customer service or client success roles.
• Technical Skills – Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) – Strong communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner – Proficient in Google Drive and Dripify.
• Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-Solving Ability – Able to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Customer-Centric Mindset – Provide a high-quality client experience.
• Attention to Detail – Accurately track client interactions.
• Availability – Must be available to work PST hours.
