Overview

Maestro is a high growth technology startup looking for a driven, hard-working individual to join our Client Organization. The Client Success Associate will help clients maximize their experience with Maestro, developing trusting relationships to drive adoption, retention, and growth.

In Short

  • Manage and support relationships with clients, focusing on adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Setup clients for success using Maestro’s onboarding best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for users to maximize platform use.
  • Assist clients with data loading and configuration of Maestro.
  • Meet with clients regularly to ensure value alignment.
  • Provide technical support for platform issues.
  • Gather product feedback from clients to inform development.
  • Track and analyze user adoption and client health.
  • Support Client Success Managers in growth strategies.
  • Utilize CRM to document client interactions.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Background in B2B SaaS is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; 1-3 years of experience.
