Requirements

  • Experience with IT Service Management tools (e.g., Ivanti Service Manager, ServiceNow).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Windows.
  • Understanding of database and server technologies.
  • Understanding of internet and network technologies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated to develop technically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
