Overview

As a Self Managed Support Engineer, you will engage directly with our Enterprise customers across both the Airbyte Cloud enterprise (“Teams”) product, and Customers running Airbyte Enterprise on their own infrastructure, either on-premise, or in a public cloud (e.g. AWS,GCP, etc) customers to ensure their success with the Airbyte product.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional email and Zoom support to Enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with engineers to identify and replicate issues.
  • Engage in engineering tasks including automation and development.
  • Document solutions and application behavior for Knowledge Base.
  • Act as a liaison between users and Product/Engineering organizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Python, APIs, SQL, and NoSQL.
  • Familiarity with networking technologies, such as TCP/IP and DNS.
  • Experience working with Engineering teams and Developer customers.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
