Deal Desk Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Deal Desk Analyst at Progress, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Sales organization by acting as a sales-facing subject matter expert on process, policy, and deal-related matters.

In Short

• Act as liaison between sales and other key stakeholders involved in the deal structuring process.
• Coordinate response management as part of the RFx process.
• Develop best practices and training for Deal Desk requests.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on non-standard deal requests.
• Be the point of escalation between sales and other key stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to simplify and automate Deal Desk requests.
• Operate within established SLAs ensuring timely delivery of offers.
• Provide training and support to Sales related to the Deal Desk process.

• Self-motivated, critical thinker with experience in cross-functional execution.
• Prior experience in RFx process management is an advantage.
• Experience with Responsive, Salesforce, and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in dealing with customer contracts is preferred.
