Overview

The Group Purchasing Organization Manager will help improve product availability through Group Purchasing Organizations and state purchasing vehicles, maintaining existing relationships and seeking new opportunities.

In Short

  • Full-time position focused on enhancing safety technology product availability.
  • Maintain and establish relationships with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to optimize product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with existing agreements and maintain reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for GPO partners.
  • Attend GPO conferences to foster relationships.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of cooperative business models and E-Procurement tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Remote first work environment with flexible workplace options.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in procurement, with 2 years in GPOs or cooperatives.
  • Deep understanding of the Cooperative business model.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and process development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships.
