Overview

The Purchasing Manager will manage the sourcing and procurement of raw ingredients and packaging components from global suppliers, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational efficiency.

• Manage sourcing and procurement of raw ingredients and packaging components.
• Engage in daily communication with suppliers to confirm purchase orders.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw ingredients and packaging.

• Work closely with Product Development and Quality Control teams.
• Address supply issues in coordination with QC and operations teams.
• Drive improvements in procurement workflows and supplier performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Implement improvements in procurement processes and tools.

Requirements

• Experience in the CPG industry, especially in personal care and/or confectionery.
• Proven experience in vendor management and cost optimization.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely while aligning with U.S. time zones.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
