Customer Trainer - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Trainer at CENTEGIX®, you will provide hands-on training for the Centix Safety Platform, ensuring customers are equipped to use the technology effectively.

In Short

• Lead customer training sessions on CrisisAlert™ Platform.
• Conduct both virtual and onsite training.
• Maintain and update training materials and documentation.
• Travel to customer sites (75% travel required).
• Work up to 30 hours a week.
• Home office when not traveling.
• Experience in software application training preferred.
• Strong customer-facing experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify skill gaps and provide solutions.

Requirements

• 75% Travel to customer sites, including overnight stays.
• Experience creating training materials and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Competent problem solver.
