• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and referrals for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct initial screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide a great candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
• Provide market insights to hiring managers.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of digital marketing, operations, and creative roles.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Data management and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
