In Short

  • Lead the Operations Planning Process and facilitate weekly S&OP meetings.
  • Oversee medium to long range planning and capacity management.
  • Develop labor models based on forecasted volumes and productivity targets.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to simulate operational impacts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational readiness.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and KPIs for monitoring performance.
  • Present insights and trade-offs to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in operations planning or resource management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5 direct reports.
  • Expertise in workforce planning and operational modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience implementing labor planning tools or workforce management systems.
  • Up to 10% travel required.
