In Short

  • Lead a team responsible for driving operational efficiency within the sales process.
  • Design and implement sales incentive compensation plans.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate effectiveness of compensation plans.
  • Create a technology roadmap for Sales Operations.
  • Address operational challenges with best practices.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Operations Managers.
  • Lead global territory planning for strategic account distribution.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Manage and optimize sales systems and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership-level audiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Experience with sales systems like ZoomInfo and Clari.
  • Ability to simplify complex findings and drive leadership alignment.
  • Experience in defining and implementing sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
