Overview

Instructure is looking for a high-performing Sr. Revenue Operations Manager (Sales Operations) to drive sales performance and revenue growth across our EMEA and LATAM regions. This role involves sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, acting as a strategic business partner to sales leadership.

In Short

  • Lead sales forecasting, planning, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with sales leadership to design and execute growth strategies.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through white space analysis and modeling.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and insights.
  • Refine territory segmentation and incentive structures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in reporting.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis across multiple data sources.
  • Benchmark and measure sales activities across the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Executive presence and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Ability to extrapolate trends and insights from data.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about optimizing sales operations and driving revenue growth.
