Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Product to lead the next era of innovation in credentials and learner mobility, shaping and executing product strategy across Parchment’s platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive product strategies.
• Ability to create a unified product vision and actionable roadmap.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing product teams.
• Comfortable engaging in technical product planning and integration requirements.
• Deep empathy for customer needs and translating insights into product solutions.
• Skilled at defining metrics and using data to iterate intelligently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred.
