Overview

As the Senior Director of Product of Vanta’s Platform teams, you will define and deliver the platform for all of Vanta’s products, focusing on identity, permissions, enterprise security, billing, collaboration, and self-serve experiences.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management roles.
• 5+ years of experience in team management.
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms.
• Strong track record in product vision and strategy.
• Ability to coach and develop PMs.
• Passion for building high-quality products.
• Deep knowledge of data and business metrics.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Experience with security products.
