In Short

• Lead the design function for products and manage a growing team of product designers and UX researchers.
• Focus on AI and design for AI applications.
• Define a long-term design vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Champion a consistent design language and user experience across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Embed user research and feedback into the product development cycle.
• Define and measure KPIs reflecting design impact.
• 10+ years of experience in product design, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating product thinking and business impact.
• Experience in maturing design processes in a startup-to-scaleup environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in a senior design leadership role at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company.
• Proven success building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing design teams.
• A strong design portfolio that shows end-to-end product thinking and measurable business impact.
• Experience maturing design processes in a scrappy, startup-to-scaleup environment.
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies and data-informed design.
• Ability to balance design vision with practical product and business constraints.
• Clear, confident communication and a collaborative, low-ego leadership style.
