• Coach designers to raise their craft and confidence.
• Build and scale a UX quality strategy for your area.
• Mentor designers to grow their scope of impact.
• Deepen trusted partnerships across various departments.
• Help shape a culture of clarity, ownership, and craft.

Requirements

• A track record of leading impactful design work.
• Experience managing senior designers and coaching them into leaders.
• Strong instincts for collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to ground decisions in customer insights.
• Experience getting senior stakeholders on board with complex ideas.
• A sharp eye for quality and a mindset for raising the bar.
