Overview

The Senior Director of Product Design at Roofr will lead the Design and Research function, building a high-performing team while collaborating with Product, Growth, and Engineering to enhance user experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading B2B SaaS design teams, ideally in growth-stage startups.
• Proven track record in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
• Strong foundation in UX and interaction design.
• Experience building and managing design teams from the ground up.
• Ability to influence company-wide initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort operating in fast-changing environments.
• Experience with self-serve user journeys and onboarding flows.
