Roo is on a mission to empower animal healthcare professionals, and we are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning function, providing strategic insights and guidance across the organization.

• Own the financial planning function end-to-end.
• Lead forecasting and budget processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience as a strategic advisor to executive leaders.
• Hands-on AI/automation experience in finance.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience with EPM/ERP systems.
• SQL and/or Python experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in Finance or related field; MBA/CFA a plus.
• Prior management experience preferred.
