Senior Manager, FP&A - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, FP&A will serve as the primary finance business partner to Transcarent’s Sales and Marketing leaders, responsible for planning, forecasting, and performance management across customer acquisition, growth, and retention.

In Short

• Own financial planning and forecasting for Sales and Marketing.
• Design and administer sales compensation and commission plans.
• Analyze sales efficiency and unit economics.
• Partner with Marketing leaders to evaluate spend effectiveness.
• Build scalable models for headcount, capacity, and revenue.
• Lead variance and trend analysis.
• Develop executive-ready materials for leadership decision-making.
• Drive enhancement and automation of FP&A processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting for alignment between forecasts and actuals.
• Support ad hoc strategic analyses and continuous improvement of FP&A processes.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in FP&A or go-to-market finance roles.
• Experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing organizations.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
