Overview

The Senior Manager, AI and Leadership Enablement is responsible for enabling and developing our employees to succeed, grow, and lead. This role will ensure our workforce has the skills and tools to do their best work—equipping them with AI fluency to drive productivity and efficiency, while building leadership capabilities that help our people thrive and advance in their careers.

• Design and execute the enterprise AI enablement strategy.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of enterprise AI tools.
• Create learning pathways and resources for employees.
• Develop AI fluency programs.
• Establish metrics to measure AI adoption.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs.
• Upskill leaders on high-value human work of leadership.
• Rethink the Learning & Development function through an AI-first lens.
• Build systems for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Partner cross-functionally to embed learning into the employee journey.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership development programs.
• Experience with AI enablement or technology adoption initiatives.
• Strong AI fluency and hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Track record of designing training programs that drive behavior change.
• Experience in fast-paced or transformation environments.
