Overview

The Senior Manager of Learning Enablement will lead a high-performing team of Senior Learning Consultants who partner across the business to solve complex performance challenges. This leader will oversee client management, learning needs analysis, strategy design, and delivery of complex learning projects that drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • 3 years in a people management role.
  • Experience managing senior-level consultants.
  • Expertise in performance consulting and needs analysis.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
