Overview

As an integral member of ClickUp's Global GTM Enablement team, the Senior GTM Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and delivering coaching and enablement programs for salespeople across the entire sales journey.

In Short

• Develop and deliver high-impact enablement programs to improve sales capability.
• Integrate GTM readiness into core sales training and development programs.
• Manage key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs.
• Deliver training and train the trainer programs globally.
• Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing, and Product.
• Collaborate with Enablement colleagues on best practices.
• Conduct field reviews and provide ongoing targeted coaching.
• Flex across other areas of Enablement as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in sales or enablement as a sales coach.
• Demonstrated track record of executing sales enablement programs.
• Ability to train seasoned salespeople with credibility.
• Experience developing enablement programs for multiple personas.
• Understanding of coaching best practices.
• Ability to identify needs and translate them into effective programs.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Use of Generative AI in enablement is a plus.
• Comfort with CRM platforms and reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
