Overview

The Senior Manager of Sales Enablement at MagicSchool will play a critical role in optimizing our sales team's performance by leveraging data-driven insights, defining sales methodologies, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

  • Design and lead onboarding and continuous development programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or strategic sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech industry, specifically K-12 education.
  • Ability to oversee and improve sales enablement programs.
  • Proficiency in interpreting sales data and making strategic recommendations.
  • Strong ability to engage with senior leadership and present insights.
