Overview

The Senior Manager will lead the Americas Sales Enablement Partner team within the GTM Enablement organization, supporting sales teams across the US, Canada, and Latin America.

In Short

  • Lead a team of enablement partners for the US, Canada, and Latam sales teams.

  • Work closely with Field Enablement leadership to set strategy and direction.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement.
  • 3 years of people management experience.
  • Background in sales or sales leadership preferred.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to influence change across a global organization.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Outstanding prioritization and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members.
