Overview

The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organisation. This is a greenfield opportunity to establish and build out the sales enablement function from the ground up.

In Short

  • Design and deliver a world-class onboarding programme to accelerate time-to-productivity for new sales hires.
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing training curriculum to upskill existing team members.
  • Incorporate proven selling methodologies, such as MEDDPIC.
  • Create, optimise, and manage sales playbooks.
  • Translate go-to-market and sales strategies into actionable frameworks.
  • Drive the adoption and optimisation of sales tools, including CRM platforms.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and RevOps for alignment.
  • Define success metrics for enablement programmes and track their impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies.
  • Continuously iterate and improve based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales enablement or related field.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with selling methodologies like MEDDPIC.
  • Expertise with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with a focus on execution.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company preferred.
