In Short

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and metrics to determine performance gaps.
  • Create and facilitate customized learning modules for various sales roles.
  • Work closely with cross-functional technical employees to design and maintain sales enablement content.
  • Maintain updated training content in a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Deliver onboarding programs for new GTM team members.
  • Develop testing and certifications for sales teams.
  • Collect feedback and measure efficiency of initiatives.
  • Coach sales team on best use of enablement materials.
  • Drive productivity and confidence of the global sales organization.
  • Support the building of an infrastructure that can scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience designing sales enablement programs or sales training.
  • 2+ years relevant experience in the software, technology, or security industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects.
  • Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Expertise in using sales methodologies and tools.
  • Strong experience in developing curriculum and delivering training.
  • Proficiency in common sales tech stack tools.
