RemoteOtterRemoteOtterAs Marqeta's Leadership Development and Talent Management Senior Manager, you will drive our leadership and performance excellence initiatives to ensure Marqetans can reach their full potential. Reporting to the Director of Talent Development, you'll lead the design and implementation of our Leadership Accelerator programs and modernize our talent and performance processes in an AI-enabled world. You'll partner with executives and People Experience Leadership to develop leadership capabilities that support Marqeta's strategic business goals.
